Service Description
Virgin relaxer is for guests who have never had a relaxer or it’s been longer than 16 weeks prior to booking date. This service ALSO includes either (1) a rinse OR (2) a steam treatment AS WELL AS a trim
Cancellation Policy
If your appointment needs to be rescheduled/canceled please do so 24hrs prior. If rescheduling /cancellation is not done within the time frame you will be charged 50% of the appointment. If there is a no call no show 100% of the appointment cost is due. If any payment is not made this will result in a block for any further booking. All deposits are non-refundable. Booking your appointment means you agree with the cancellation policy.
