Please read this in its entirety as it will cover any questions or concerns for booking. •I ONLY do online booking if you have more questions/concerns other than what is listed here please book an over the phone consultation •No refunds you are only able to reschedule within 1week after original appt •No children/extra guest allowed during service •Unfortunately I do no service children •I ONLY use D. Kiara hair for installs •I WILL NOT service microlinks that are not installed by me •if you are running behind please let me know 10min prior to appt •if you are more than 20 min behind you may have to rescheduled •IF I AM MORE THAN 20min late upon your arrival your service will be discounted These are the basic answers to any questions/concerns if you have anything further please feel free to text me. Cancelation Policy

If your appointment needs to be rescheduled/canceled please do so 24hrs prior. If rescheduling /cancellation is not done within the time frame you will be charged 50% of the appointment. If there is a no call no show 100% of the appointment cost is due. If any payment is not made this will result in a block for any further booking. All deposits are non-refundable. Booking your appointment means you agree with the cancellation policy.
